Minnesota v. Blue Cross/Blue Shield
The organization that helped with the tobacco lawsuit now faces a lawsuit of its own. Attorney General Mike Hatch filed suit today against Blue Cross/Blue Shield for violation of consumer and insurance laws. Hatch appears on NewsNight tonight.

District 52B debate
Former Rep. Barb Haake's seat looms as a major swing district in this year's legislative campaign. DFL'er Geri Evans and Republican Char Samuelson square off on NewsNight as a prelude to tonight's presidential debate.
