Prisoners of Conscience
First, a look at Fr. Roy Bourgeois, whose repeated efforts to shut down the infamous School of the Americas at Ft. Benning, GA have resulted in multiple arrests and over three years in federal prison. Then, we'll talk with activist Vernon Bellecourt about his recent arrest in Cleveland after a protest outside a World Series game.

Living His Convictions
Tonight, we'll have a one-on-one interview with Tom Prichard of the Minnesota Family Council as he talks about the roles of faith, principle, morality and conviction in everyday life.

The Los Angeles Times called him "one of the most unique and brilliant veterans on the World music scene today." George Winston hailed him as "one of the truly gifted musicians of our time" and he'll treat us to a live guitar performance as we close out tonight's show.

Kids and TV: From Barney to "South Park"
Tomorrow begins National Turn Off Your TV Week, so, tonight, we're focusing on the effects of media on our children. Guests will include parents and a nationally recognized expert on kids and media.

National Study Results Revealed
Dr. David Walsh, of the National Institute on Media & the Family, will, for the first time anywhere, reveal the final results of his study of the TV ratings system. Parents were asked what ratings they would give various shows and their conclusions just might surprise you.

Parents Speak Out on Ratings
Two parents, participants in Dr. Walsh's study, will join us live to discuss the study and their reactions to the results.

Life Imitating Art?
Last year, KARE-TV aired a startling story about TV's impact on children's behavior. Tonight, we'll take another look at that tape and talk with Dr. Walsh (featured in the story) about the increasing impact of TV in young lives.

Gangs. Hate crimes. Teen violence. These were once the province of the big city, but smaller towns are now having to cope with these very issues. Tonight, we'll offer a preview of "Wannabe: Life & Death in a Small Town", the story of a gang killing in bucolic Appleton, WI that shocked the town and left four teens dead. Then, a look at the allegedly racist 'All-American Boys' of Rochester, MN. After, we'll have a live discussion with a young man who acts as an intermediary between gangs and the police, and a woman who's been doing extensive research into gangs and gang life.

A Life of Service
Lou Harvin sits down for a one-on-one interview with the Reverend Martin Marty, one of the country's leading Protestant theologians, to discuss today's Conference on Religion and Public Life.
