NAACP and the city of Minneapolis have reached a tentative agreement over some
public housing units in the city. 220 units which were slated for demolition will
be razed, 86 units in the Lyndale area will be saved. Some black leaders are unhappy

and cost estimates during the last legislative session. They will both be here
